What are Tarot for Inner Work Sessions?
Tarot for Inner Work Sessions are a unique blend of divination through the tarot and energy work. It’s all about supporting you with insight and energetic resource. When I started first started reading professionally, I noticed a pattern of people who wanted support via readings but then had a difficult time integrating the clarity provided. By including energetic resourcing (through guided visualization and energy work) in a session, we create space for integration and co-regulation, something I think tends to be missing from a traditional reading. When we are resourced and regulated, we can receive insights and information with greater clarity and empowerment. This then creates more space for real change and transformation. If you’re looking for support but don’t know where to start or you feel overwhelmed by the transitions and changes looming in your life, then these might be a good fit.
